AN INTEROPERABLE DIGITAL TWIN TO SIMULATE SPATIO-TEMPORAL PHOTOVOLTAIC POWER OUTPUT AND GRID CONGESTION AT NEIGHBOURHOOD AND CITY LEVELS IN LUXEMBOURG

Ground-level ozone is a harmful air pollutant that affects human health, crops and ecosystems. We analysed 25 years of air quality measurements from cities, rural areas and forests in the Greater Region. Despite a major decline in nitrogen dioxide, ozone concentrations continued to rise. Our results show that future air quality policies must address both pollutant emissions and climate change to reduce ozone effectively.
